The Ultimate Subculture Market with over 70 amazing live music culture related stalls extending over 3 levels indoors and outdoors. It’s the ideal place to secure a unique Christmas gift, a fabulous rockin’ outfit for the party season and have a great day out for a nominal gold coin donation entry.

The market features Rock ‘n’ Roll, Alternative and Vintage Fashion for men, women and children, Jewellery, Accessories, Record's, CD's, DVDs , Books, Art, Collectables, Food stalls, children’s activities, live music, DJs a vintage vehicle display, the very popular Tiki Bar Courtyard (featuring Corona Beer, Sailor Jerry Rum, international food, DJs) and loads more.

At 10.45am on the main stage Australia’s leading Rock Photographer Tony Mott is back by popular demand presenting a slideshow of some of his amazing images and talking about his life as a rock photographer. His photographs reveal something of the mystery, the revved up power and the adrenaline of rock n’ roll and he can tell a fantastic story.

A massive entertainment line up features; The ReChords official Sydney launch for their new single, Don’t Know Much, country rock ‘n’ roll renegades The Re-mains, thigh bruisin’, saddle rattlin’ cow punks Spurs for Jesus and country rock ‘n’ rollers Chucks Wagon. Plus a fabulous array of DJs covering many genres featuring; Black Cherry Club DJs, DJ Brian, Rod Almighty and the Cider Striders plus MCs Wolfman Dan & the Rockabilly Rhino.

The ReChords from the northern suburbs of Melbourne have been making themselves well known around Australia and internationally since hitting the shores of Europe in 2011. The music itself is as diverse as you can get within the boundaries of its ‘Roots / Americana’ heritage but yet pushing against those boundaries at various times. You can definitely hear elements of early Hillbilly, Bluegrass, Western Swing and at times it takes you down that early R&B path with some almost ‘Doowop-like’ harmonies and backing vocals whilst the entire time keeping you excited and on edge to know just who will take the lead vocal on the next song. Yes, I’d even say there were hints of Alt-Country maybe with a 60’s vibe and then they can turn around and go all-out ‘Rock ’n’ Roll’ and knock you flat to the ground

“One of our favorite Melbourne bands in recent times. Great musicians, great songs, great showmen. Its western swing, hillbilly, country - pure rock n roll. A refreshingly deep take on American roots rock usually occupied by forgettable haircut bands." - Woody McDonald, 21st Meredith Music Festival, Festival Booker
