Don’t just sit there! Sit here – at The Chandelier Room. Enjoy these people as they do their musical thing, right in front of your very eyes, while you munch on a gourmet pizza and sip on a fine beverage. Result!

Maddison Wilson (folk/pop/indie): With a sweet, pure voice and a delicious melodic sensibility, Maddison’s music has graced our stage on Sundays, but this weekend sees her Saturday-night debut. Performing as part of a trio, her musical arrangements will swim around the room, launching you headlong into swooning reveries.

Jamie MacDowell (roots/reggae/pop): Jamie’s jazzy, chatty, fluid, rhythmic, intimate beat poetry is the stuff of legend. If you need reference points, think The Police distilled into one man, with a voice like honey and butter, and a better sense of humour than Sting. ‘Nuff said. He’s recently arrived back in Australia having toured Europe with Tom Thum in support of their stupendous album Pirates and Thieves.

Bodies of Wonderland (indie/folk/pop): Chandelier Room newcomers Bodies of Wonderland have a pretty nifty little blurb, so I’ll let that do all the talking: ‘Consisting of Isaac Bradbury, who’s percussive and rhythmic abilities see him strumming and hitting all manner of objects, and Nayomi Pattuwage, the love child of Prince and MJ, Bodies of Wonderland are a duo with more groove than a record, and a whole lotta sexy.’
