Classically trained in his formative years, and not quite old enough to legally gain entry in most clubs, David August launched his dance career at the ripe young age of 17 years old. DJing alongside techno legend Carl Craig as well as Format B, Troy Pierce and Oliver Koletzki helped lay the foundation for his early success.

Now 23 years old August is not solely a DJ but an established producer and live act. His productions reflect his true love for good music and knowledge of the structures of music. August’s passion for soulful music gets him to combine old electronic classic with the freshest releases in tech-house, house and techno creating a soulful symbiosis that always focuses on the dancefloor.
