The Be the Influence Boarder X Series will see up to 32 skateboard riders from across the globe compete for the title of World Champion.

This event is Australia's first national competition for extreme Boarder X skateboarding and is part of a series which includes Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne in November.

The competition combines the best of ramp, street and skateboard skills, with riders racing against the clock over a series of ramps, berms, humps and jumps.

This type of formal competition has been long awaited by the skateboarding community. Downhill skateboarding is extreme. It’s going to be an exciting event for both participants and spectators.

Be the Influence – Tackling Binge Drinking is about engaging with young people and giving them the confidence to challenge the acceptability of binge drinking in their peer groups.

Come down and enjoy great live music, a festival atmosphere and some incredible stunts.
