A mother/daughter team, both psychology-trained, are running a short, fun, practical workshop to help you with your romance situation.

This is for you if you are fed up with the dating treadmill, and constantly find yourself picking the wrong partner, or attracted to the wrong people.

The workshop will take a light-hearted approach, yet be very serious in its goal: to help you develop some insight into the core beliefs that subconsciously influence your choices.

The workshop will be based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and will be run by Trudy and Faye, both with psychology and business degrees, oodles of teaching and leading experience, highly-developed people skills, and loads of life experience with parenting, divorce, and dating at all stages of life!

This could be a life-changing workshop for you. Small group only, and lunch included. Registration beforehand essential, as places are very limited. Come and meet new friends and learn about yourself. For the cost of dinner for two at a modest restaurant, you could make sure your future dinner partner is the right one!
