Artimino Ristorante Italiano – Cucina Toscana will present a degustation dinner showcasing authentic Tuscan cuisine. We invite you to enjoy the fun, atmosphere and flavors from the secret Italian medieval village of Artimino, nestled amongst the olive groves of Tuscany.

Menu:

Antipato – Crostini misti Toscani (a selection of for crostini with chicken liver sauce, porcini mushrooms and cherry tomatoes (like bruschetta) and -Toscano Antipasto (selection of Tuscan salami with italian cheeses and sottoli)

Primo – Fettuccine ragu' Toscano (eggs fettuccine in a traditional beef Tuscan style ragu' with rosemary and truffle oil) and Spaghetti Carrettiera( traditional Carrettiera style in a chilly, garlic, light tomatoes and extra virgin olive oil)

Secondo – Grigliata mista (selection of char grilled Italian sausages, Fiorentina steak, chicken breast and pork steak all in a traditional Fiorentina style)

side dishes fagioli all'uccelletta (traditional beans in a tomato sauce with garlic and rosemary) and also Patate alla ghiotta (roast garlic potatoes with rosemary, garlic, olives).

Dolci – Tiramisu' Toscano (traditional Tuscan tiramisu') and Cantuccini con vin santo (traditional Pratese mattonella style almond biscuit served with vin santo sweet liquor).
