We all have dreams, whether they be personal goals, causes that we stand for, changes that we want to see in the world, or exciting things that we want to do. Everyone has aspirations, ambitions and challenges that we set for ourselves. What do we need to do to reach our goals? How do we achieve peak performance? Adventurers Dr Glen Singleman and Heather Swan are one inspirational couple who have decided to never let fear stop them from living their dreams.

Dr. Glenn Singleman, the medico responsible for setting Hollywood great, James Cameron, on the path to ‘Extreme Heath’, will share his four-step process in this public presentation.

As well as being a practicing medical doctor with a special interest in peak health, Singleman is an award-winning documentary film-maker. He has been on five expeditions with James Cameron, including the ‘Deep Sea Challenge’ expedition that saw Cameron reach the bottom of the Mariana Trench in an Australian built submarine. Singleman was the Doctor and 2nd Unit Director for the project.

Dr. Singleman also holds multiple world records in his own right, including the World Record for the highest BASEjump and the highest Wingsuit BASEjump, both set from a 6772m Himalayan mountain. Dr. Singleman says, “Most people have come to believe that health is simply the absence of disease, but it goes much further than that. What I call ‘Extreme Health’ is our legacy and most people can achieve it, if they follow the four step process.”

His wife, Heather Swan, who attributes her dual world records in base jumping and wingsuit flying to Dr. Singleman’s process, will join him for the talk. She says, “Glenn’s simple, yet powerful recipe for optimum health transformed me from a tired, overweight executive to someone capable of climbing and jumping off the highest cliff in the world, but better than that it gave me vitality, strength and happiness. I’m a grandmother, yet I’m fitter than I’ve even been. Everyone should experience health like this.”

In the one-hour presentation Singleman and Swan will share the four-step process to ‘Extreme Health’ along with stories form their world breaking experiences.
