Forest Lawn Memorial Park will open its doors to the public on Saturday, 26th October from 10am to 3pm for a unique Open Day event. The day will incorporate three special services – a Mass and Blessing of Forest Lawn’s new Crypts of the Guardian Angel at 10:30am, an RSL Poppy Service at 11am and a Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Service, held in conjunction with White Lady Funerals, at 12:45pm.

In addition to the formalities, visitors are invited to take a tour of the park or step behind the scenes at the crematorium, attend an information talk in one of Forest Lawn’s chapels, or simply view a range of displays and presentations ranging from dove and butterfly releases, to a Muru Nanga Mai corroboree, dragon dancers and a Careflight helicopter simulator.
