Global Champagne Day is a celebration of our favourite wine that rolls around the world in series of fabulous champagne centric soirees, tastings and dinners once a year. Join The Champagne Dame in Sydney for a special one night only showcase of some of the world’s best champagnes in one of Kyla's unique masterclass experiences.

Champagne is the wine of Kings. Its history is long and illustrious. Its history is linked with nobility, with war, with love and with luxury. The Champagne Dame will take you back in time to unravel the magical world of champagne. You will be guided on a visual journey into the beautiful rolling vineyards of champagne, learn about the grape varietals in champagne, enter the dining room to learn proper champagne etiquette and finally head down into the cellar to taste some incredible champagnes side by side.

Kyla will also teach you the ancient art of sabrage to take the end of the champagne bottle off with a sword. This show will not last long so please book in advance to avoid disappointment.
