The Melbourne dinner will be held at The French Brasserie which is hidden away in Malthouse lane in the CBD, just of Exhibition St. As the name suggests they specialise in beautiful French cuisine in a lovely relaxed setting. I have included a small Google map below to help you locate The French Brasserie.

We will be joined on both nights by Francoise and Paul Couvrer, who are the exporting agents for Godmé and they will be able to give us an in depth account of what it is that makes Godmé champagnes so good.

Paul and Francoise live in Epernay, right in the heart of the Champagne region and they have been a part of Champagne for many, many years. Paul is a fifth generation Champenois with family ties that range from vintner to viticulture as well as the prestigious Champagne Houses. In fact Paul spent 23 years working for two of those major Champagne houses in the form of Perrier Jouët and Philipponnat.
