The boys from food journal Scrag End will be invading the kitchen at popular West End restaurant, Depo next week, giving Brisbane the opportunity to meet and dine with those at the forefront of design and food.

Chef and Designer brothers, Bjorn and Sascha Rust created Scrag End to tell the stories beyond the plate and are about to launch their first issue ‘Issue Zero’, which will co-inside with the Guest Chef Series event.

The evening will begin with aperitifs and charcuterie in the afternoon, followed by four courses of delicate but hearty farmstead-style fare, paired with wine - inspired by Sascha's recent stint in Gascony, France.

Contributors to the independent food culture journal include Depo's own Erik van Genderen and Guillaume Bersweiler, as well as Richard Webb (Swampdog/Betterfish), Josh Russell (Cup Coffee) and Jack Stone (Bee One Third) who will also be involved on the night.
