2013 is shaping up to be the biggest year yet for West Aussie hard rockers Hailmary as they launch their debut album, Choice - Path - Consequence Solution with a 2 State tour (VIC/WA) from Feb 14 - Mar 3.

Hailmary spent 2 months in the USA recording the Album with with world renowned Producer, Jeff Tomei (Jerry Cantrell of Alice in Chains, Smashing Pumpkins, Matchbox 20, Corrosion of Conformity) at the Cock of the Walk Studios in Atlanta, Georgia. This was the second time that Hailmary had worked with Tomei in the USA, having recorded their second EP “A Million Miles and Days” with him in 2009.

The debut Album takes Hailmary’s sound to another level with tracks like “Yellow Light of Death” and “Monday Mundane” showcasing the bands’ heavier side, whilst “Reminiscence” and “Running Away” offer a more commercial sound. The Album also features guest bassist Josh Sattler, formerly of Atlanta based DoubleDrive and Speed X playing on three 3 tracks.

Hailmary continue to build a solid fan base across Australia, with particular growth in Melbourne and regional Victoria, evidenced by this being their 4th tour to the music capital in the last 12 months. The Victorian leg of the Tour will see the former WAMi Award winners play seven dates including the “28 band 3 stage” iconic Festival that is “Rock the Bay” at The Espy on February 16, as well as dates with Melbourne’s own EMPRA, The Mercy Kills and Destroy She Said in both regional (Geelong, Ballarat, Bendigo) and metro Vic (St Kilda, Fitzroy).

The West Australian leg of the tour will feature four showcase dates in Perth, Albany, Bunbruy and Fremantle with Melbourne rising stars EMPRA as they prepare for their forthcoming USA Tour.
