Choosing from Hudson Meats premium cuts and fresh ingredients, you will be guided on how to create your own sausages from start to finish. Learn how to prepare your meat and fill the sausage casings with your favourite ingredients or try your hand at recreating some of Hudson Meats famous sausages. After perfecting your skills you will be able to take home your gastronomical creations to enjoy. Guests will be treated to a luscious antipasto consisting of Hudson’s finest cured meats and deli items complimented by a selection of premium wine.
All Hudson Meats sausages are made in store using premium cuts and fresh season ingredients. Depending on the type of sausage, our butchers will make it with either grass fed beef, Black Berkshire pork, pasture fed lamb or free range poultry. Hudson Meats follow the “Paddock to Plate” philosophy providing a direct provenance for all meats and smallgoods in store.
