Things have - seemingly - been a little quiet for I, Said The Sparrow in the last year, but behind the scenes they’ve been busy in the studio. After their last east-coast stint in early 2012, the band bunkered down at Sumo Studio to begin work on their debut album. Engineered by Tristan Sturmer, mixed by Mike Watts (The Dear Hunter, As Tall as Lions) and mastered by Steven Haigler (Brand New, The Pixies), the band also worked closely with Jimi Maroudas (Eskimo Joe, Kimbra) to create this high energy, hook-laden record from the ground up. Fast forward one year later, and the band are ready to give their home town an advanced taste of the first single "043hello" before releasing it nationally.
