An original mixtape of musical styles blending indie, pop and folk combined with a fresh hip-hop contemporary dance style, this cross-form project is a collaboration between some of Canberra’s leading young creatives - the up and coming five-piece band Sidney Creswick, and Canberra’s largest established youth urban dance program, Fresh Funk.

Weaving melodic tales, and featuring passionate choreography, a modern love story will unfold before the audience, as they are drawn into ACTS OF LOVE, ACCEPTANCE, ENTANGLEMENT, PAIN, AND REDEMPTION. In addition to the talents of Fresh Funk and Sidney Creswick, the work will also premiere arrangements by Melbourne-based sax player and composer Joe McEvilly, arranged for string quartet and Sidney Creswick.
