Mandala meditation - relaxation and healing from within as you color in circular designs. This therapy is not only fun but can bring relief from stress and healing when dealing with health problems that create anxiety or pain.
A single session which looks at how to use mandalas as opposed to guided meditation to create time out in your busy life. No art experience required. A journal is included in the price.
