Internationally acclaimed raw food specialist, Maz Pugoy, owner and founder of Sadhana Kitchen is hosting three exciting and informative raw and organic food workshops in Melbourne over the next month.

Raw foods are made from organic wholefoods and are prepared in a multitude of creative ways to produce delicious and nutritious dishes. The food is kept below the temperature at which most enzymes are lost (approximately 40°C to 46°C).

Raw foods are consumed the way nature intended, without diminishing essential nutrients such as the vitamins, minerals and other proteins that degrade or become destroyed when heated at higher temperatures.

Maz's first workshop (27 February) – What the Fork is Raw Food? – shows how to integrate ridiculously tasty and nutritious raw foods into even the busiest lifestyles.

The second workshop (28 February) – Raw Indulgence: Decadent Guilt-Free Desserts – is a comprehensive and easy-to-follow introduction to creating decadent raw desserts.

Her third workshop (1 March) – A Raw Dinner Party – is a seven-course raw and organic food dinner party!
