Iconic Sydney hotel The Oaks is hosting a 3-course meat masterclass to officially open its new Bar and Grill and meatorium concept.

Hosted by meat maestro Anthony Puharich from Vic’s Meats, this casual yet educational dinner will offer guests an opportunity to learn more about meat while indulging in some of the best and most interesting cuts around.

Taking place on Tuesday August 20th at 7pm, Anthony will take guests through three courses of fine meaty fare paired with bold fleshy wines, hand-selected to complement the flavour of each dish.
Guests will also be some of the first to see the stunning redesign of The Oaks’ Bar & Grill area, which will set a new bar for meat experiences in Australia. The reinvigorated Oaks offering will feature a 'meatorium', an in-house butcher offering cuts of meat for patrons to either cook themselves or request a chef cook it specifically to their liking.
