On September 28 2013, three hundred people across Western Australia captured a single image of their day for MOSAIC, a unique community based photography project. Every photograph reveals an individual story and every story forms part of our collective memory, providing an incredible snapshot of life from the perspective of hundreds of people around our state.

These photographs now fill the walls at Brookfield Place, as representations of our unique lifestyle and culture. Participants range from amateurs to professionals and photographs were taken on a range of devices, such as smart phones, compact digital cameras and DSLRs.

The exhibition is open to the public, and visitors are encouraged to vote for their favourite image in the People's Choice Award.

MOSAIC is an initiative of Propel Youth Arts WA, the peak body for youth arts in Western Australia.

This project would not have been possible without the kind support from City of Perth, Brookfield Place, Pigeonhole and East Perth Print.
