Mountain Bike Orienteering is a sport where you use a map to navigate around a forest on a bike. Use your legs and mind at the same time. Meet people.

A skills session will be on in the morning to help you with how to do it or to enhance your mountain bike orienteering skills. Topics include: bike set up, distance estimation, handrails and way points, relocation, scales, route choice and map contact. A Come and Try It event will follow including lunch.
