Panti’s career as a ‘gender illusionist’ has seen her tour with Cyndi Lauper in Japan, be tutored by Leigh Bowery in London, run a scandalous fetish club in the docklands of Dublin, host and produce the Miss Alternative Ireland Pageant for 18 years, and pull pints as a towering plastique landlady in her very own pub, Pantibar.
