The Permaculture eXchange PDC is 72 hours and follows the outline set out by permaculture founder Bill Mollison. Each graduate will leave the course with a solid foundation of permaculture design and be ready to design permaculture systems and implement them into a range of situations. Content of the PDC covers urban, small farm and international projects. Part of the course includes student analysis and design of their own sites, so bring yours along!

Our PDC’s are taught in combination within both a classroom and a community garden or farm environment, with site visits to amazing urban and rural permaculture systems.

During our PDC’s, examples of designing for energy conservation, food production systems, nutrient cycling and more, will all be addressed with a combination of rural and urban examples.
