On March 22nd, Reach will commemorate the first anniversary of Jim Stynes’ OAM passing with a public screening of the film that inspired his work with young people. Held at Wesley College, this twilight movie event, “Remembering Jim”, will provide an opportunity for the general public to once again join together and share an experience that honours the memory of Jim, and celebrates his life.

Reach is an independent, for-purpose organisation that’s been making a positive impact in the lives of young Australians, for nearly two decades. Jim Stynes co-founded Reach, with this best mate and Australian film director, Paul Currie, in 1994. Reach’s vision is that every young person has the support and self-belief they need to fulfil their potential and dare to dream.

The twilight screening will bring together those passionate about supporting Jim’s community endeavours and inspiring work with young Australians. Drawing on Reach’s values of connection it will be a night to come together and reflect on Jim’s lifetime of achievements.

So get your friends together and get ready for a fun and moving night of viewing.
