During this one hour Masterclass enjoy a flight of 6 award winning fortified wines expertly matched with tasting spoon canapés designed by Seppeltsfield chef, Owen Andrews.

Crafted with the epicurean in mind, the Solero Collection offers the complete ‘spice rack’ of fortified styles and the ideal complement to a vast array of foods.

On this tasting journey discover a deeper understanding of Australia’s ‘Apera’( Sherry) styles, whilst also experiencing the profound richness and complexity of Tawny, Muscat and Tokay.

Seppeltsfield is also famed for the rare Centennial Collection. The estate holds the world’s oldest and only range of consecutive vintage tawny spanning over 130 years and remains the only winery in the world to release a 100 year old single vintage wine each year.

The Masterclass will include the rare opportunity to sample the recent release of the 1913 Para 100 Year Old Tawny.

This is the fourth wine from Seppeltsfield to be awarded the much sought after rating and perfect score 100/100 points by the Wine Advocate.
