Melbournes lords of Sludge N Roll - Sexy/Heavy hit Revolver on the Southside with a special headline show to satisfy your every whim for the punchy and moody - delivered with fat toned elements of stoner, surf, psychedelia and sex drive all fired off in an electric stage show. You'll probably get laid. It will be Sexy/Heavy's final show of the summer.

Other plans for the band in 2013 include an official album release, an Australian/NZ tour and a remix album in the works in collaboration with a wide range of DJ's and producers making their special brand of Sludge N Roll into all sorts of frankensteined works of art.

Their debut album features Shihad's Tom Larkin on drum duites and the band have been to cool enough to give you a pre release taster by allowing tracks to be downloaded direct from their Soundcloud page for a limited time.

They are joined by two kickin support bands:
System of Venus: Heavy rockers System Of Venus have a thirst for low-end riff laden tunes and steam-rolling grooves. While blending elements of stoner rock and metal with intricate mood driven melodies, System Of Venus skillfully contrast heavier components of their music with detail and space; delivering a live performce that will blast the paint off any rooms walls! Keep an ear out for their soon to be released debut album over the next couple months.

Citizen: Forged by many years of playing loud, sweaty shows across Melbourne’s iconic music venues, Citizen are a head-bangin', heavy rock three-piece from the St Kilda area. Ignoring musical trends, their sound is a combination of chunky stoner grooves, monster riffs, progressive trips and hooky melodies: you know… all the good stuff. They’ve had the pleasure of sharing the stage with some of Melbourne’s best alternative bands, and will be releasing their debut album in the coming months.
