Strut the Streets gives us a chance to not take ourselves too seriously, have some fun and celebrate good times.

STS involves participants parading through Sydney CBD in swimwear. Our target is to raise over $200,000 for AIME to engage 3,500 Indigenous high school students across the country in 2014.

The Strut will start at 12 noon on Friday 13 December in Martin Place, Sydney and finish at Ivy Pool Bar with an after party (+18) featuring leading Aussie performers.

Check out www.aimementoring.com to get involved.

ABOUT AIME:

AIME works around Australia providing mentoring and educational services for Indigenous high school students to see them get through at the same rate as every Australian child. Fusing coaching principles and mentoring, in 2013 AIME engaged over 2,000 Indigenous high school students and 1,000 university students across Australia. Our team of 100 staff is partnered with 14 Australian universities and the likes of Google, Atlassian, Virgin Australia and Coca Cola.

Led by one of Australia’s youngest CEOs, our award winning business was ranked 26th in BRW’s Best Places to Work in Australia.

AIME plans to reach 10,000 Indigenous students annually by 2018 – roughly one quarter of the Indigenous high school population – and have them finishing school at the same rate as every Australian child.
