The Women’s Health and Fitness Day was created to address the problems often associated with commercially-based health and fitness plans, including fitness fads, bikini diets and fat-burning supplements. These not only waste people's time and money, but they can also negatively affect their health.

This event provides education on important health and fitness topics. By learning the facts, not the fads, this program will better prepare individuals to make the right decisions concerning your health and well-being.

Our speakers and instructors will not only contribute their expertise, but also their personal experiences, as women, in their quest for optimal health and fitness. Attending the Women’s Day will not guarantee a bikini body in 12 weeks, nor deliver the fountain of youth, but we promise it will provide the best possible health and fitness advice from professionals who care.
