In this 5-week journey we’ll help guide you step-by-step and provide you with the basics so you can confidently join in other classes. We strongly recommend these workshops to ensure your journey starts from the most enjoyable and empowered place possible. Absolute beginners yoga provides a safe, nurturing and inspiring setting to begin your yoga journey. Learn basic yoga techniques and foundation poses including:
- a brief background on what yoga is
- common and simple breathing exercises
- foundation postures and how to adapt them to your needs
- how linked postures work together
- how to modify postures uniquely to your body
