Maintain your vitality through the Melbourne Winter with our 4 week Yoga & Meditation workshop focusing on energising and creating warmth in the body and mind.

In this intensive workshop we will explore different Asanas and Pranayama techniques which help to gently generate heat in our bodies balancing the effects of the harsh Winter months.

Each session will begin with a 1 hour Asana (postures) sequence allowing the body and the mind to soften before we begin our Pranayama and Meditation practice.

This workshop is designed to help alleviate the symptoms of stress and an overly busy mind by increasing focus, creativity and awareness through a peaceful subtle practice.

No experience necessary.

Full: $130 (for 4 sessions)
Concession: $120 (for 4 sessions)
