Save the date! The Alliance Française French Film Festival will be celebrating 25 years from 20 March to 8 April 2014 at Palace Nova Eastend Cinemas. Whether you like comedies, dramas, romances, thrillers, adventures, animated films or even documentaries, you will be delighted by our 2014 film selection:

- Opening Night Film: The Finishers (De Toutes Nos Forces) by Nils Tavernier.Thursday 20 March, 6.00pm - Drinks & canapés, opening night party, première screening, guest-of-honour Pierre Rochefort (French actor starring in "Going Away").

- French Travel Connection and Rail Europe presents Tour de Force. Saturday 22 March, 3.30pm - One glass of wine and film screening.

- Espionage Special Event - Alliance Française presents Möbius. Thursday 27 March, 6.30pm - One glass of wine, special exhibition from Espionage Gallery, spy-themed party, costume contest, DJ TR!P (official DJ of the Adelaide Fringe Parade) and film screening.

- Mums & Bubs: Alliance Française presents It Boy. Thursday 3 April, 11.00am

- Closing Night Film: Mon Oncle (a classic by Jacques Tati). Tuesday 8 April, 6.30pm - One glass of wine and film screening, in the presence of the French Ambassador.

To mark our “silver” anniversary, the Film Festival will be announced by the renowned French/Australian entertainer, Julia Zemiro as the Festival’s 2014 Patron. We will also welcome on the Opening Night (March 20th) Pierre Rochefort, French actor and son of Jean Rochefort & Nicole Garcia, who you will find in the film "Going Away".
