This year, Memory Walk & Jog is going to be even bigger and better! Walk, jog or run up a storm to raise funds for Alzheimer’s Australia (Qld).

You can enter as an individual, as a family, get your workplace involved in a corporate team or join with some friends and create a team entry.

There are two distance options: 2.5km or 5km.

The 2.5km is strictly a walk and is great for families or friends wanting a fun stroll through the shady course.

In Queensland Memory Walk & Jog started as a small community event in 2010 and brought together many hundreds of people whose lives had been touched by dementia.
With more than 332,000 Australians living with dementia and 52,000 people in our state alone, it’s a fatal condition that will almost certainly affect us or someone we love in our lifetime.

All funds raised increase Alzheimer’s Australia Qld's ability to provide vital support services, such as counselling, support groups, education to help family carers, art and music therapy, and professional training across Queensland. These services reduce feelings of isolation and empower people living with dementia and those caring for them. With your help, we can make sure that our support is always available to those who need it.

Thank you for supporting us!
