Overview
Highly-effective leaders have a different set of skills to their technical and professional skills. They have ‘executive presence,’ that is, they know how to be perceived as a compelling, confident leader by those who matter, inside and outside their organisation.
The Executive Presence for Women Half-Day workshop is a stimulating and collaborative self-discovery experience. Participants develop the insights, skills and personal strategies that enable them to create and manage their own executive presence. This exclusive Program directly addresses such challenging questions as:
• ‘How am I currently being perceived?’
• ‘Do I project myself as a leader of people and projects?’
• ‘Am I doing and saying the right things?’
Participants take a strategic approach as they analyse and plan what they need to start doing, stop doing and keep doing in order to build their executive presence. Through this Program, participants gain a keen appreciation of the strengths and abilities they will need to take up a senior leadership role in the future.
