Last year we were fortunate to have Thomas and Freddie Raimbaud join the Josef Chromy team. Thomas is from Brittany, France and Freddie Lyon, France, they bring a wealth of wine and hospitality knowledge to the Cellar Door / Restaurant. They have now been with us for a year, we thought a French/Tasmania inspired degustation wine dinner was in order. This 4 course degustation will we are showcasing some wonderful French wine at every course, along with some Josef Chromy wine.
We also have a guest speaker, Christophe Rebut from Burgundy who owns French Flair Food and Wine in Sydney.
