Join us for our most exclusive wine lunch to date. 10 people will have the rare opportunity to experience 9 extraordinary & rare wines from the personal collection of Top Australian Wines. These wines are our very best. That’s locked away in The Vault. That rare, well-aged, and exclusive wine will only be opened during the most special of occasions.

Sunday 31 August, starting at 1PM, is one such occasion. Join us for an incredible wine lunch featuring remarkable cuisine from a top chef as well as the rarest wine from our personal collection at Top Australian Wines. On arrival:
Your first wine from The Vault is a 2005 Peregrine Ridge Winemakers Reserve Sparkling Heathcote Shiraz Late Disgorge (Heathcote). Trophy & Gold - Australian Sparkling Wine Show 2011, Class 3, Sparkling Red Wine (Any method of fermentation).

Entree:
Right from the start, you’re feasting like royalty! Succulent crispy pork belly with char siu sauce, spring onions and sesame. Straight from The Vault is a 2010 Bass Phillip Gamay (Gippsland, VIC). Next, you savour each sip of a 2013 Turkey Flat Gobble Gobble Shiraz Grenache (Barossa Valley, SA).

Main:
Luscious flavour that you’ll be talking about for days! Beef cheek braised in a beautiful red wine with celeriac remoulade, mushroom and bacon lardons.

Your third wine tasting is a fine Shiraz —2008 Dowie Doole Reserve Shiraz (McLaren Vale, SA). Then, heighten your experience with 2010 Kellermeister Wild Witch Shiraz (Barossa Valley, SA).

Next, every sip is pure indulgence with 2003 Noon Reserve Shiraz (McLaren Vale, SA) as you finish your last bites of your main course, you won’t want to put down our glass of 2003 Rogues Lane Shiraz Malbec (Heathcote, VIC) 94 Points - Halliday.

Dessert:
A perfect end to a perfect meal! cabot cloth bound chedder, quince puree & candied walnuts.
Your final wine tastes of the day are rare vintages— 2007 Kooky Village “The Nutter” Shiraz (Barossa Valley, VIC) and last but not least — 2008 Battelly Durif (Beechworth, VIC) 90 Points - Halliday
