Hosted by Paul Barclay, ABC Radio National Big Ideas, join Dr Chris Sarra in an important lecture leading up to the proposed constitutional referendum.

If the proposed constitutional amendment is to make a meaningful impact on the lives of all Australians, we require leadership that asks intelligent questions, demands meaningful answers and builds effective outcomes.

Dr Chris Sarra will examine the styles of leadership that have emerged and prevailed since white settlement. He will discuss, drawing on his experience in transforming schools and their communities, different approaches that might make a lasting impact and help Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal leadership achieve honourable and sustainable outcomes.
