"Max disappeared. He escaped on a motorbike and wouldn’t return for three years, logging over 60,000km across the globe. He fled the humdrum rat race to receive an education in freedom from the world itself. An exhibition about his journey aboard a finicky BMW Funduro named Farlap." - Good Spark Garage

Chance of a thunderstorm...next Thursday night...3 of Melbourne's most awesome local DIY custom motorcycle builders will be displaying their best bike make-overs at the last exhibition of my Motorcycle Diaries! The gallery doors open at 6pm and close at 9pm. Be there to see a rare mix of bikes, art, beer and adventure. It's gonna be fun.

The awesome event will include:

- The Bike Bar! Awesome local crafty beer and cider from The Good Brew Co. All beverages served from a bicycle! Beer on a bike? Double cool.

- Shhhh! Silent Auction - This is a first-time, and maybe never-again sort of thing. My very special, limited-edition black-and-white motorcycle-adventure prints of a lifetime will be on auction. Come in and get one to hang in your motorcycle workshop, home or office!

- Meet Max (me) and 3 unbelievably talented, underground, local custom motorcycle builders from Melbourne. The awesome and helpful guys from Kustom Kommune and Aviator Cycles will be there and one final mystery motorcycle builder... (I haven't even found him yet he's so mysterious!)

It's an event for everyone so bring along your friends and family, everyone is welcome - even puppies! Make sure you RSVP! Our last event was a massive success so this one is set to be even better.
