Wheelchair Sports WA will host the 2014 National Wheelchair Basketball League (NWBL) finals from Friday 19th - Sunday 21st September at the Herb Graham Recreation centre.
The Be Active Perth Wheelcats are WA’s representatives in the NWBL and are led by Justin Eveson, Shaun Norris and Michael Hartnett, who have recently returned from Korea with the Gold medal from the World Wheelchair Basketball Championships. The team currently sits atop the NWBL ladder and are strong favourites to defend their title in the Grand Final at 12pm on Sunday 21st September.

In addition to the Gold Medal game of the NWBL, Sunday will also feature wheelchair basketball games involving the Government v Opposition and a Corporate Challenge, both of which should provide some entertainment and not to mention a few laughs!

The schedule for the day is as follows:
- 9.00am – NWBL Bronze Medal Game
- 10.45-11.05am – Politicians Game
- 11.05-11.25am – Corporate Game
