Accomplished young organist Alessandro Pittorino (21) would like a full house for his FREE graduation recital on Tuesday, November 25th at 7pm at the University of Western Australia’s (UWA) Winthrop Hall.

Most graduation recitals are played in smaller concert venues but when your chosen instrument is a pipe organ, then the venue is dictated to you and Alessandro would like your help to fill the massive 900+ seater auditorium.

Alessandro, who loves an audience, has already begun to establish quite a musical reputation in his young career and his performance will be nothing short of spectacular as he plays an eclectic program of music to showcase his skills on the McGillivray Memorial Pipe Organ which has stood in Winthrop Hall since 1964.

The program will suit a wide audience with music by French Baroque composer François Couperin, Johann Sebastian Bach and three dances by French organist and composer Jehan Alain.

There’s also a very quirky side to this young Perth performer who is establishing a reputation not only for his musicianship but also for his stunning designer performance outfits!
