WAAPA Rocks! The Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts returns to the Albany Entertainment Centre for a high-energy celebration of chart-toppers from performers who have shaped our modern musical tastes.

Radio Active features a diverse repertoire covering all musical bases from pop to rock, R ‘n’ B to soul and funk classics in a spectacularly produced concert with a huge cast of talented young musicians and singers from WAAPA, Albany Senior High School and Great Southern Grammar School.

Expect a feast for the ears with a diverse selection of songs, ranging from current hits by the likes of Pharrell Williams and Janelle Monae to older classics by artists like Peter Gabriel and The Steve Miller Band. There will be something everyone - everything from a traditional pop song to acapella, gospel and the odd rearrangement of something familiar.
