Rita Satch EP Launch

After the sell out EP launch in Melbourne last month at The Toff in Town, Rita Satch brings her mix of soul & jazz infused pop to Sydney for 3 shows in August.

Influenced by more contemporary beats, and elements of electronica, Rita enlisted the help of local producer RHyno aka Ryan Ritchie (True Live, Kimbra, Paris Wells) to help diversify her sound and production - and that’s exactly what he did. The EP features legendary violinist Tim Fain (Black Swan & Phillip Glass), emcee duties from RHyno and of course the most important ingredient - Rita’s honest heartfelt lyrics, sung with passion and delivered by a vocal that commands your attention.

The lead single 'Not Ready For Love' is the second track taken from Rita's self-titled second EP after ‘Love You Like I Do’ was released earlier in 2014. It’s a upbeat modern take on old soul and 60s doo-wop, with a big band feel, showcasing her powerful vocals and teamed with layered harmonies and lush string arrangements from Tim Fain. The new single, Not Ready For Love has been getting airplay on Triple J and receiving a great response from Community Radio nationally.
