On the 29th March Coburg will come to life at the Pepper Tree Place Community Hub. Hosting a music and arts festival featuring local musicians including the acclaimed singer songwriter Liz Stringer, supported by a string off other artists, beyond indie-pop specialist and boogie-able bangers from Nebraskatak, the good music mission of The Black Harrys, and musical duo A Winter Flock of Minors. Ladyfinger all-girl DJ Collective will make sure there’s no time to rest your dancing shoes.

As a registered Earth Hour gathering leading into Earth Hour lights off campaign at 8.30pm, a special screening of the film highlighting the plight of the Great Barrier Reef will take place on the Magnificent Revolution pedal powered cinema. Get on your bike and keep us off the grid by putting your energy in motion.

Where? Well Pepper Tree Place is a beautiful oasis of food production gardens – ornamental and native, combined with a nursery open to the public. Playing hosts it will showcase the Pepper Tree Café and Mock Bar, serving food and beverages from produce on site – zero food miles and counting.

In the lead up from the 24th – 29th March - one of the busiest junctions in Melbourne, Sydney Road and Bell Street will come to life through the, Corner Copia art project.
