In Sydney we will have guided tours happening every Tuesday in July. Under the expertise of third-generation wine importer David Lamb, you will be taken on a tour of Greece’s Amyndeon wines matched with specially designed dishes at Sydney’s finest dining establishments. David, a certified sommelier, will provide informative insights about your tastebud experience and the latest developments in Greek wine. This is a wine and food lovers not-to-be-missed experience so book quickly as there are only 11 places available per-night.

We have tried to find the most interesting wine and food matches with an emphasis on the adventurous palate. With this in mind we were unable to cater specifically for different dietary requirements. HOWEVER, if a particular dish isn’t suitable for you, you may want to ask the participating restaurants for an alternative recommendation. After all wine and food matching isn’t a rigid concept. In the case of restaurants like Longrain Melbourne or Alpha in Sydney, grazing is the way to go. Therefore order a few dishes to share and you can decide with your friends on which one matches the wine best.
