ABOUT THE EVENT
A new chapter of major change and transformation is upon us, the challenges facing leaders are both vast, and complex. The tendency toward reducing funds and the expectation to ‘do more with less’, whilst achieving exemplar performance, is an ongoing predicament for many leaders. There is however optimism to this, and progressive, forward thinking leaders can see opportunities for an inspiring future.
The Public Sector Executive Level Leadership Conference 2014 will explore the changing nature of leadership in the Public Sector, and most importantly, the skills and competencies demanded by leaders to perform and deliver results in the current climate. Aimed at executive leaders in the upper-middle and senior management layers who are looking to further develop their ability to reflect and act on a strategic level. The conference will explore a range of topics within leadership: driving and organisational change, change management vs change leadership, thriving in times of uncertainty, leading through innovation, optimising workforce engagement and collaborative strategies to leadership.
The conference will give participants the opportunity to formulate a plan and apply a suite of tools and approaches that can be applied directly into the future. Attended by a ‘who’s who’ of leaders, this is a learning and networking opportunity not to be missed!
