Be sure to bring your best dressed teddy bear to the Bay Youth and Sports Centre, Deception Bay on Wednesday, March 13 for the Under 5’s Teddy Bears Picnic. As well as a Teddy Bear Parade, there are FREE rides, activities, face painting, stage entertainment and market stalls as well as a free lunch and showbag for the kids! There’s also loads of giveaways and a scavenger hunt that everyone can take part in.

On stage there’s a Teddy Bear Pantomime and Parade, Mr Toot’s Variety Show and Johnny the Jester works his magic on both young ones as well as those young at heart.

Not only is the Under 5’s Teddy Bears Picnic an exciting day out for the family, but it’s also an opportunity to learn about some of the great low-cost family services offered in the Deception Bay area.

The Under 5’s Teddy Bear's Picnic is proudly presented by Councillors’ Flannery and Greer in partnership with the Deception Bay Child and Family Alliance.

Be sure to enter the colouring competition before March 7 for the chance to win some fantastic prizes, proudly donated by Brisbane Kids.
