Abbey of the Roses was built in 1891 as a convent and is now a function center & B&B that opens its doors on occasional Sundays for pre-booked sittings with 3 options for $45 per person for those who are interested in enjoying this magnificent building and viewing the gardens.

Bookings are essential - sorry no door sales. Please visit website for other dates.

Sunday Lunch High Tea.
Doors open at 12.30 for a Lunch High Tea of savoury & sweet items, potted black tea, selection of bagged herbal tea, Complimentary glass of sparkling or orange juice, concluding at 2pm. Wander the gardens before or after your high tea and the opportunity to view antiques for sale.

- Or $40 if 4 or more book together

Please note you have your table for up to 1 1/2 hours - till 2pm for lunch. Please advise of any dietary requirements prior to booking. Thank you.

If you arrive prior to doors opening please feel free to wander the gardens whilst waiting for your sitting time.

The venue also caters for private house gatherings, weddings, ceremonies, seasonal events, murder mystery nights and Christmas In July.

Carpark and entrance to function room is off Dragon Street. Warwick is approximately 2 hours from CBD Brisbane, 1 hour south of Toowoomba and 45 minutes north of Stanthorpe.
