Hear from our leading lady and founder of the Active Living Philosophy, Lorna Jane Clarkson herself.

8:15am-9:00am: Get Your Move On!
Wear your brightest Activewear, pack a towel and get ready to sweat! Our 45-minute MOVE class will be a fusion of strength and cardio guided by the country’s hottest fitness instructors – Base Body Babes!

9:30am-10:15am: Stretch It Out!
Stretch out your muscles and take a moment to shift your attention to you and the active commitment you are making to yourself.

7am-12pm: Active Living Market
Enjoy the Active Living Market and nourish your body with healthy treats from the Lorna Jane Nourish Cafe. Look out for hydration stalls serving up refreshing coconut water and yummy nut mylks, and even a DIY Beauty Bar so you can touch up post-workout with organic products.

What Is Active Nation Day:
Active Nation Day is a movement created in 2012 by Lorna Jane to inspire women, their families, communities, cities and the world to live a more Active Life!

Worldwide obesity has more than doubled since 1980, with 39% of the adult population now overweight and 1.9 billion of the world’s population not getting sufficient exercise. It’s time to make a change and the change starts with you!

On September 27 2015, Lorna Jane will be hosting events all over the world to encourage women to mark their commitment to Active Living by getting out and moving their bodies. We think there should be a day dedicated to Active Living – a day where people are asked to consider putting their health and fitness first – resetting their commitment and inspiring others to do the same
