Between the Bays has now firmly established itself as Mornington Peninsula's best, annual music festival over the summer, each year playing host to some of Australia’s most well know and loved artists as well as local up and comers. Over the last decade, the likes of Hoodoo Gurus, Tim Finn, The Basics, Lior, Custard, The Fauves, Ooga Boogas, Daryl Braithwaite, The Bamboos, Passenger, Tim Rogers, Jordie Lane, Justine Clark, Angie Hart, Diesel, Blackchords, The Black Sorrows, Rebecca Barnard, Mental As Anything, Dan Kelly and many more have graced the Penbank stage.

Since it's inception in 2005, Between the Bays has offered music lovers an inexpensive festival experience with an all-inclusive community feel, with all proceeds raised by Between the Bays going to Penbank School’s partnership with the Wugularr School in Beswick, remote Northern Territory, helping the children at the Wugularr School reach their full potential.

(For more information on Penbank School and the Wugubank Partnership visit www.penbank.vic.edu.au).

For 2015 and the 10th anniversary of Between The Bays, the festival invites back favourites James Reyne, Mark Seymour, Custard, Combo La Revelcion, Indigenous Hip Hop Projects, The Billabong Boys and for their first ever BTB appearances Melbourne acts Wagons and Sweet Jean.

Between The Bays is not just about music, there is something for everyone including children, food lover and the wine and beer connoisseur. The festival will once again have a great variety of kid’s rides; children will be able to purchase a wristband for unlimited rides throughout the day.

As the sun sets over the picturesque 35 acres in Moorooduc on the Mornington Peninsula, you can sample a broad range of culinary delights to keep you going throughout the day, from a simple sausage sizzle, ice-cream treats, to delights such as wood fired pizza’s, calamari, vegetarian options and wonderful coffee, including plenty of kid-friendly options as well!

For those who would rather bring their own food, feel free to pack your own gourmet picnic and bring it along (just remember no glass).

This year, festival goers won’t be let down by range of beverages as Between the Bays have employed festival specialists to run their bar. Drinks will be available when the gates open and for those not drinking alcohol, you are welcome to bring your own water bottle to refill throughout the day the Free Water Station.

Between the Bays takes place at Penbank, located at the end of Rickards Road in Moorooduc, Mornington Peninsula approximately 1 hour south of Melbourne. There are 35 beautiful acres to spread out in and enjoy the day, nestled between the bays (Westernport and Port Phillip Bay) and just five minutes from Mornington, which has many different accommodation options.

If driving, there is parking on the site on the day, managed by The Lions Club on the day, the cost is a small donation to group.

If you prefer not to drive, Between The Bays will again be running a shuttle bus to and from the festival site, with two-pick up/drop off points connecting with public transport running throughout the day and into the evening.
