Launch of 2011 Oakridge Blanc de Blancs with unique champagne masterclass and dinner featuring 9 champagnes from boutique growers.

Celebrate the release of the 2011 Oakridge Sparkling Blanc de Blancs with a unique tasting and dinner, presented by Chief Winemaker David Bicknell and resident Champagne expert and importer David Donald.

Start the evening with a glass of the new vintage Oakridge Blanc de Blancs while Chief Winemaker takes you through the journey of making this delicious sparkling wine.

The Champagne Master Class will feature three brackets of three champagnes in each bracket. The first bracket will feature a non-vintage Blanc de Blancs, followed by three vintage Blanc de Blancs and finishing with three ‘Special Boutique’ Champagnes including a vintage Rose. Each bracket perfectly matched to a dish created by Oakridge’s Head Chef.
