Culinary Carnivale marks its 5th birthday in 2015 and, to celebrate, western Sydney’s ultimate foodie’s street party will be an occasion to remember.

A mouth-watering menu showcasing authentic cuisines from Spain and Latin America will be accompanied by dancers, singers, amusement rides, a jumping castle and our headline act, 2013 The X Factor contestant Jayden Rodrigues.

Since The X Factor, Jayden has become a YouTube sensation, attracting more than 500,000 subscribers. His choreography to Jason Derulo’s ‘Talk Dirty’ and Silento’s ‘Watch Me’ (Whip/Nae Nae) has received more than 30 million views.

This family friendly party starts at 11am on Saturday 24 October in Spencer Street, Fairfield, and your last bite will be at 4pm.

In 2015 the catchphrase ‘La Vida Buena’ (the good life) will again exemplify what Culinary Carnivale is all about. A world-class entertainment line-up boasting Brazilian dancers and Mexican singers will complement the exquisite cuisine – and this year you’ll also be able to learn Latin dance at the event.

Due to popular demand, the legendary 8m-long ‘Asado barbecue’ will return and add to the menu of gelato, churros, South American sweets, Spanish seafood paella, empanadas, and freshly squeezed sugar cane-sweetened juices.

The 2015 entertainment line-up includes:

- Jayden Rodrigues
- Enrique Andres Berbis
- Latin All Stars Band
- Brazilian Fantasy
- Victor Valdes and his Real Mexico
- Christian Guerrero
- For the first time - amusement rides and a jumping castle
- Fire and Rescue NSW fire safety demonstration.
- NRMA Insurance Western Sydney Wanderers ‘Coaching Clinic’
- Chefs on Stilts
- NRL – Latin Heat (pass the ball competition)

Make a date to live La Vida Buena (the good life) – olé!
