From Meditation to Manifestation with artist and creative Noula Diamantopoulos at Artereal Gallery, Rozelle.

This event aims to bring together a shared goal of connecting with like minded individuals and explore the benefits of meditation. You can be a seasoned or novice meditator, came and join the group and explore a range of meditation techniques and exploring and sharing about the process.

“Meditation is becoming increasingly mainstream; the benefits are countless and undisputed. As part of this free event within Sydney Fringe, we want to create a safe space for people to learn about and explore different meditation techniques and to forge connections with other like-minded people.” Noula.
